GDS System Design & Installation for LANXESS AND CIPLA

    • Design and install a Gas Distribution System (GDS) for inert gases (Helium, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Compressed Air) in their R&D lab.
    • Gas bank on the 1st floor needed to supply gases to 5 labs on the 3rd floor while maintaining consistent pressure and dry air (moisture-free CA).
    • Space constraints and tight deadlines.
  • Our Work:
    • Custom-designed a multi-floor GDS layout to ensure safe, efficient gas delivery from the 1st-floor gas bank to the 3rd-floor labs.
    • Engineered pressure stability solutions to account for vertical gas transfer challenges.
    • Streamlined installation within the limited timeline.

    • Successfully delivered JK’s first GDS project, setting a benchmark for future installations.

    DSV Samudra Prabha (HAL offshore)

  • Client Requirements:
    • Testing, cleaning, and inspecting Keller Bottles.
    • Hydrotesting & pneumatic pressure testing for pressurization components.
    • BOP Station System testing (corrected from "Beit Saturanion").
    • Calibration of Safety Relief Valves (SRV).
    • Expansion tests on various equipment.
  • Our Work:
    • Hydrotesting conducted with specialized equipment, properly calibrated pressure gauges, and siphon tubes for autoregulation of excess gases.
    • Cleaning of the internal surface of Kelly bottles using high-pressure nitrogen gas and water jetting. After cleaning, we undergo a drying process of the internal surface as helium gas is present inside the Kelly bottle during operation.
    • Expansion test of various equipment using the Macromantic® principle with an 800 L manometer tube and high-pressure jetting pump.
    • After successful completion of all tests, ultrasonic thickness testing is performed to verify the actual shell thickness.
    • Painting is applied to each pressurization equipment (minimum 200 μm coverage) as these are offshore equipment.
    • Calibration of SRV as per N49L standards and initial compliance.
    • Delivering all documentation, including Certificates and Calculation Summaries.

    Oxygen Booster Pump Trolley For Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL)

  • Client Requirements:
    • Design and deliver a high-performance oxygen charging trolley booster pump for safe and efficient oxygen transfer at elevated pressures.
    • Strict adherence to safety regulations, precision engineering, and detailed documentation as per tender specifications.
    • Complete project delivery within 12 weeks, including prototype/model submission and certification.
  • Our Work:
    • Engineered a custom oxygen booster pump system with fail-safe mechanisms for high-pressure oxygen handling.
    • Ensured 100% compliance with HAL’s stringent technical and safety standards.
    • Prepared and submitted all required documentation, including test reports, design validations, and operational manuals.

    • On-time delivery of the fully functional system within the 12-week deadline.
    • Successful handover of the prototype/model as per HAL’s exact specifications.
